After conducting rigorous experiments, the answer emerged with a resounding "yes." The resulting coffee is a masterpiece, featuring an exquisite aroma and a fruity sweetness that will tantalize your taste buds.
Our coffee undergoes a meticulously controlled anaerobic fermentation process for an extended duration of nine days in our beneficio. To achieve the perfect environment during fermentation and to ensure only specific microorganisms thrive to yield the desired flavor profile, we employ rigorous cleaning processes and maintain optimal conditions throughout the fermentation process.
